What a week it has been! In London, we have known that COVID-19 is on its way over and it’s finally here, in full force, like something out of a horror movie.
It’s going to take time to adjust to this new “normal” and hopefully we can all come out of this healthy. Looking after your mental wellbeing & body will be especially important while heeding the new advice about staying at home & social distancing. Furthermore, Harvard Medical School is recommending yoga to help deal with Coronavirus anxiety.
With that, I have now moved all my yoga classes online for this period and still have some availability for anyone who is looking to maintain a healthy routine.
