Born in Hong Kong and based in London, Sarah Highfield is the founder of Yogagise Yoga. Sarah qualified as a yoga teacher in 2015 and has since taught at prominent studios including Bodyism, Form Studios, Indaba Yoga & Yogabambam Hong Kong; taught on international yoga teacher trainings, as well as at high profile events including Om Yoga Show London (three times) and World Yoga Festival. Additionally, Sarah runs her own yoga retreats, alongside special collaborations with Heritage Resorts Mauritius, Helios Retreats, Manduka, Lululemon, London Fashion Week, Mortimer House, Shangri-La Hotel & Catherine’s Antigua. She was also voted 2020 Yoga Instructor of the Year by Lux Life Magazine.
Sarah has featured on the covers of Om Yoga Magazine UK (four times), Natural Health Magazine UK (two times), Yoga Magazine International (two times) and Liv Magazine Hong Kong. She writes monthly health columns for Natural Health Magazine UK and Om Yoga Magazine UK, and has also appeared in The Times, The Financial Times, Daily Mail, BBC News, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire UK and Grazia Magazine. Furthermore, she was voted by London Evening Standard as one of ‘London’s Top 10 Yoga Teachers’ to follow on Instagram.
Sarah is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and qualified to teach a mix of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation at beginner and intermediate level.

Each class is fun and challenging, delivered in a mix of English and Sanskrit, with easy-to-understand demonstrations and optional hands-on adjustments.
